Child Safety & Security

Child safety is our highest priority. We maintain clear procedures, close supervision, and consistent practices so children feel protected, respected, and secure throughout the day.

Authorized Pick-Up

Children are released only to authorized individuals. Written consent is required for alternate pickups, and identification or a prearranged password may be requested. We will not release a child to anyone who appears impaired or unable to provide safe care.

Protecting Well-Being

We are committed to each child's safety and dignity. As mandated reporters, we are legally required to report concerns of suspected abuse or neglect to the appropriate authorities.

Consent, Boundaries, and Respect

Children are taught to ask before entering another child's space, respect boundaries, and communicate comfort levels during play to build a respectful environment.

Safe Behaviour Expectations

Unsafe behaviour such as aggression, throwing heavy objects, climbing unsafe structures, damaging equipment, or unsafe indoor running is not permitted.

Incident Reporting

Incidents are communicated to families promptly, documented, and reviewed. Reportable incidents are shared with licensing authorities as required.

Safe Environment & Inspections

Harmful substances are securely stored, age-appropriate toys are regularly inspected, and caregivers follow strict impairment policies. We complete regular safety checks and cooperate with fire and licensing inspections to maintain high standards.
