Emergency Preparedness
Children’s safety is always our top priority. We maintain clear emergency procedures, practice regular drills, and train caregivers to respond calmly and effectively in unexpected situations.
Emergency Contact Information
Families must provide current parent/guardian contacts, emergency contacts, and physician/dentist information. Updated records help us respond quickly when needed.
Extreme Weather & Power Outages
We monitor weather conditions and follow health guidance during events such as heat, severe weather, or smoke exposure. During power outages, care continues only when safety, temperature, and hygiene needs can be maintained.
Emergency Response
In medical or safety emergencies, caregivers follow established procedures, including contacting emergency services, providing immediate supervision and care, and notifying families as soon as possible.
Fire & Earthquake Preparedness
We conduct monthly fire drills and regular emergency practice. Safe areas are identified, response plans are in place, and emergency supplies are maintained to support preparedness.
Visitors During Emergencies
If an emergency occurs while visitors are present, everyone is expected to follow caregiver instructions, remain together, and move to the designated meeting location until further direction is given.
Careful planning and ongoing training help us maintain a safe, prepared environment where children can learn and grow with confidence.
