Enrollment & Withdrawal
Clear and respectful communication with families is essential. If you are planning to withdraw your child, all discussions and formal notice should be sent by email so records remain clear and documented.
Enrollment
Enrollment is confirmed once families have reviewed and agreed to the daycare's policies, procedures, and fee terms. By accepting a childcare space, families acknowledge these expectations and agree to follow the program guidelines.
We encourage families to ask questions before enrollment so everyone begins with shared understanding and clear communication.
Notice of Withdrawal
Families must provide one full month's written notice. Notice should be submitted by email no later than 4:30 PM on the first day of the month. If notice is late, one month's fee in lieu of notice may apply.
