Outdoor Play & Exploration
Outdoor play is part of daily learning in our program. Movement, nature exploration, and active play help children build confidence, coordination, and curiosity in a safe, supervised environment.
Active Play & Development
Children regularly take part in climbing, balancing, running games, obstacle play, imaginative outdoor activities, and nature exploration to strengthen gross motor skills and physical confidence.
Safe and Respectful Play
Caregivers closely supervise all play, including energetic interactions, to ensure boundaries are respected and children feel safe. If a child is uncomfortable, the activity stops immediately.
No Screen-Time During Care
We maintain a no screen-time environment. Children spend their time outdoors, in creative play, and in social activities that support healthy development.
Sun Safety & Outdoor Comfort
We provide shaded spaces, apply sunscreen as appropriate, and monitor weather and air quality. Families are asked to send weather-appropriate clothing so children can play comfortably year-round.
Outings & Community Exploration
Children may join local outings that encourage discovery and learning. For all excursions, caregivers complete safety checks, maintain close supervision, and follow approved safety procedures, including secure transportation practices when required.
Family Communication & Inclusion
We share highlights from outings when possible and work with families to make activities inclusive and accessible so every child can safely participate.
